At the just concluded Chinaplas 2021, Plastic Source Machinery launched a high-efficiency energy-saving extruder with a length-diameter ratio of 40 in 2021, which will achieve the best melt quality and product quality and continuously improve production efficiency. The extruder is equipped with a special structure of feed bushing to achieve temperature control in the feed area and greatly improve the conveying efficiency. The extruder adopts imported brand energy-saving synchronous servo motor. Compared with DC speed regulation, the energy-saving rate is up to 15%, and long-term use has good energy-saving benefits. The cylinder adopts a new heating technology with insulating cover, which can save about 30% - 50% of electric energy compared with the traditional electric heater. The capacity of Oriplas SZY90/40 single-screw extruder is about 50% higher than that of ordinary extruder, reaching the same energy consumption target as European technology.
