Double-wall corrugated pipe is mainly used for drainage system. It is a computer-controlled production line. It has the characteristics of high and stable output capacity and high degree of operation automation. PE and PP can choose high-efficiency single-screw or twin-screw extruder; For PVC, conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder can be selected. The molding system consists of a mold and a molding machine. Mold blocks can be easily replaced, and they have air or water cooling systems. Cutting machine can ensure high-precision cutting. The production line can also be equipped with Siemens PLC system.
