The spray winding insulation pipe is composed of steel pipe (working pipe) for transmision medium, polyurethane rigid foam (insulation pipe), and high-density polyethylene outer casing(outer sheath). Polyurethane spraying uses urethane spraying equipment to continuously spray the evenly mixed polyurethane raw materials on the outer surface of the steel pipe to form a polyurethane thermal inslation layer. Polyethylene winding uses extrusion quipment to continuously wind the molten polyethylene sheet outside the polyurethane thermal insulation layer.Surface, the process of forming a continuous and dense polyethylene outer sheath.
