Through uniform heating of the reinforcement strips with hot air,this method ensures thorough material fusion during high-speed winding, signifi-cantly enhancing the pipe's interlaminar bonding strength and creep resistance,meeting demanding applications in oil fields,hydrogen transportation, chemical indus-tries, and

marine engineering. Based on pipe diameter requirements, the equipment freely switches between single and double-layer winding modes, incorporating clockwise-counterclockwise cross-rotation technology to precisely balance radial and axial stresses. Equipped with over a dozen high-precision servo motors, both the

main drive and position control feature digital settings, ensuring millimeter precision in winding angle adjustment(±20°tolerance), constant servo tension control and strip alignment correction. With a bandwidth range spanning 50-600 mm, it flexibly adapts to pipe strength requirements, enabling customized production of "equal-strength structures."
